This post will stay at the top of this journal in order for people to leave concrit on the characterization of Aino Minako from the anime/manga series Sailor Moon.  Feel free to leave any concerns about characterization or anything else you notice.

We need to talk.

I played volleyball for the first time in two weeks today.  It felt...really nice.

The others are starting to ask what's wrong with me.  Even Usagi-chan is starting to notice that tattoo...it's hard to hide now.  And Fuu-san....

We have to stop the curse from getting else.  I'll help you as long as I can, Kaito-san.

The virus, Rena-chan, all this studying...I think I need a day off.

Usagi-chan's friend Naru got targeted by that creep with the orange hair today.  From what she told me, he told her that he only had a while to live and that she should be his girlfriend although she's with Umino.  That's how he got close enough to be able to look in her Dream Mirror.  Jerk!  Taking advantage of a young girl's sympathy and love!  It's a good thing Chibiusa and Usagi-chan were nearby to get him.  I wish I could have been there.  It's hard to be everywhere at once, and I can't even stop the Lemures since my power is so weak against them.  Some leader I am....

But I guess what we should be thinking about is what are they looking for?  Those guys have been looking in Dream Mirrors all over town for something.  We haven't figured it out yet.  Who knows how much time we have left before they get their hands on it?


I think I'll take first patrol tomorrow.

I'm not ready for this test on Saturday.  Ami-chan is trying hard to tutor all of us as hard as she can, but I don't think it's helping at all.  You know what they say, "Learning is labor lost and thought is perilous."  Jeez....

Minako was waiting.

The greenhouse wasn't hard to get to and sneaking out of the house with Apollo-san to escape Artemis hadn't been hard, but sitting here, waiting.  This was the worst part.

She was already transformed and sitting on the roof, watching for any sign of a transformed girl.  To think, that there were others out there with abilities like her.....  It had been amazing to discover.  She was excited and nervous and apprehensive and hungry.....  Wait, hungry?  Her stomach rumbled loudly.  Oh, that was right, she hadn't eaten anything this morning because she had slept in.

Another rumble.  She shushed her stomach the best she could.  It wouldn't be good if she met Cure Aqua--Karen--with a growling stomach demanding to be fed.

Eros-san is doing a lot better now that Apollo-san, Cuddy-san, and House-san helpd him!  His wing was hurt pretty badly from all the branches he hit.  And he had an axe and said he was going to chop down the tree he hit and I don't know why.  It must be some of the after effects from shock Ami-chan told me about.

That was virus was odd.  It was fun though!  I haven't been able to sing for a while.  It felt nice.

And it's my birthday today!  Mako-chan is supposed to make cake and curry and bento and sushi and I can't wait!  As long as Usagi-chan doesn't eat it all this year.  I didn't even get a slice of cake.  Maybe I shouldn't go by the Crown and go to Mako-chan's a little early this time....

Elizabeth, Minako, and K' were introduced to each other in mere seconds.  In fact, it could have been less than that since they only nodded to the other as a signal to go.  Formal introductions could wait and so much time had already been lost.  Nill could already be--best not to think that way, who knew what would happen if that turned out to be the case, better to leave it as the undealt with question that loomed larger than life in the tense silence between them.

They arrived in front of the imposing church (Elizabeth had seemed to know by instinct, and Minako nor K' were going to ask how) alert and ready to strike at a moment's notice.  She had said her caretaker--Bishop, that was his name--was gone.  Only a cat greeted them at the door by sitting down and nonchalantly licking its paw.  Better to leave the affairs of humans to humans was his motto and he had managed to stick to it for several years.  A tan man, a blonde girl, and a white-haired woman were not going to change his mind. 

Another unspoken question as they looked at one another.  Who was going to find Nill and who was going to make sure Zero was kept at bay if he had decided to stick around?
